Central CT Lawn Service was founded in 1990, by Gary and Dave DeGroff. In 2005, their brother Rick joined the company, bringing with him over 20 years of experience with a Fortune 500 company.
With most referrals coming from existing customers, the company has become New England's largest family owned lawn care company, with 45 employees and more than 13,000 customers.
All of our specialists are certified and licensed by the State of Connecticut and fully trained. Our technicians are assigned to one geographical service area to provide you with consistency of service. With our experienced staff and state of the art equipment, we are confident that we can provide the best care available in the industry. We service residential, municipal, and commercial accounts.

As a new customer, a technician assigned to your area will meet with you to provide a timely, free proposal for how our program can improve your lawn, trees or shrubs. We keep all of our technicians year-round, as opposed to seasonal employees.
All of our trained technicians maintain professional licenses. They are licensed and specialize in a variety of areas including lawn care needs, insect control, and tree and shrub maintenance.
