COVID-19 & Operations Update
We are continuing to monitor COVID-19, Coronavirus and are following recommendations given by the CDC, WHO and state and local officials. Here are a few things we are doing to keep our employees and customers safe:

We have advised all employees to stay home if they are sick and to remain home if they have been diagnosed with the coronavirus, exposed to the virus or if anyone in their family has the virus or has been exposed.

Our technicians work alone in the field and have their own assigned company vehicle. If, for training purposes, a second employee is assigned to work with another staff member, the second staff member will be asked to utilize their personal vehicle to travel to job sites. Employees will be reimbursed for mileage per federal guidelines in such cases.

We have implemented staggered shift start and end times to ensure that no more than 8 employees are in the office at one time.

Per company standards all our employees wear protective gloves when filling trucks and operating in the field.

Our employees have been advised to practice CDC-recommended hand washing techniques and we have increased professional cleaning services at our office.
We are still planning on coming out for your regularly scheduled applications unless we are instructed by State or Federal officials to cease operations.
We have advised our employees to maintain social distance in the field. If you have a question for our technicians while they are at your property, please feel free to approach our staff, but remember to keep a safe distance and wear a mask. You don’t have to interact with our employees when they are servicing your property. Per State DEEP regulations we are required to leave an invoice at the time of service.
