About Central Connecticut Lawn Service
Central CT Lawn Service was founded in 1990 by Gary and Dave DeGroff.
In 2005, their brother Rick joined the company, bringing with him over 20 years of experience with a Fortune 500 company.
With most referrals coming from existing customers, the company has become New England's largest family owned lawn care company, with 45 employees and more than 13,000 customers.

Spring 2024 is Here!
The trees are starting to blossom, flowers are starting to bloom, and we are starting the year strong!
We are currently applying an early spring fertilizer with a preemergent crabgrass control along with broadleaf weed control (as needed and weather permitting). Spring Lime may also be applied now.
At this time a light spring raking/cleanup may be needed. This will not affect the lawn treatments. In a few weeks, you will be mowing for the first time this year. Please set your mower to a minimum of 3 1/2 inches and avoid scalping edges.
We've also been applying the spring Flea and Tick control, Border Patrol (foundation insect service), Tree and Shrub fertilizer and Dormant Oil spray plus our spring Mulch Bed Weed Control.
